Nashville, TN

Nashville was the site for Your Town's very first workshop in the Southeastern US.

Held on August 27-29, 1992, the workshop covered the region, including community leaders from rural towns in Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Kentucky. Some of the program's key leaders were present as well, including Shelley Mastran from the Rural Heritage program at the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Richard Hawks from the Landscape Architecture program at SUNY Syracuse's College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
