The workshop was co-presented by the Kiowa County Economic Development Foundation; the Towns of Eads and Sheridan Lake; and the Rivers, Trails, and Conservation Assistance Program of the National Park Service. Between June 3-5, regional leaders gathered for design lectures and workshops, group engagements, and case study presentations aimed to address specific needs and issues of small communities in the southeastern portion of the state, including water reservoir management, Tribal views on development, and main street revitalization.
